Hi darlings.
I won't start out this posting apologizing for being MIA, yet again.
What can I say? Life happened and uh.. I didn't pause for a second and said to myself, "I need to blog about this!" If this was two years ago, I'd jump onto my macbook in a heartbeat & blog to death. However, that's not a main priority for me anymore.
*shrugs
I've stopped trying to capture life and just been enjoying the moment. Life is good.
I have a new job, which I'm soo excited to share with you all. I left my old job (waitressing @ a vietnamese restaurant) at last. I'm grateful that they took me in when I didn't know a darn thing about waiting tables but it was time for me to move on. I'm now working for a wine & gourmet food marketing company. I'm the Promotions Coordinator meaning I'm in charge of scheduling food & wine tastings throughout the state of florida for places like Crown, ABC, BJ's &Whole Foods. I get to hire people to work at these events, prepare all the demos, provide the brand ambassadors with product info, coordinate schedules and that's pretty much it. It's only my 1st week but so far I'm having a lot of fun. It's a change of environment, which is what I drastically need.
Oh. My hair is like an auburny-reddish-brown now. I like it, for now. You know me & my hair, I get bored with it so easily.
Valentine's day is coming up. It will our 2nd Valentine's day together. This year, we're both working on that date so we're going to take a rain check on that. Instead, I'm thinking I should take mom + Vicky out for dinner. Spending valentine's day with my family? Might not be so bad. What are your plans for Valentine's day?

Hi lover! I'm experiencing the same type of MIA-ness lately. I've just been enjoying life and not really running to the computer to blog about it. It feels nice! Although sometimes I miss blogging so frequently, but at the same time - Not really! I'm glad everything is working out for you... That job sounds so perfect for you! Congratulations!
Nothing wrong with spending Valentine's Day with your family - It's all about love and well, they are your "loved ones", so go right ahead. We had a huge plan, but my boyfriend's stupid best friend put my boyfriend down to host/throw a party that night (ugh, so now I have to sit at the dumb party). We're still spending the whole day together and having dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, though. I guess it's not so bad, since we will be together. Plus, he did promise that we don't have to be in the middle of the party atmosphere, as well - He said we can stay upstairs, where it's calmer and just get a bottle of champagne, so I appreciate it efforts to make up for it.
